Our published ranges for exteriors are $8,000 to $18,000 for small homes, $16,000 to $28,000 for medium homes and $22,000 to $56,000 for large homes. Bedroom walls run $800 to $1,400. Condition, repairs, height and access, trim detail and the paint system decide where your home lands, and your written estimate itemizes all of it.

Because bids rarely cover the same work. Ours includes washing, scraping, sanding, caulking and primer, wood and stucco repair priced up front, full protection of your home, daily clean-up, a final walkthrough and a written warranty. We look for it when we walk your home and price the repairs we can see in your written scope. Some damage only shows up once prep starts and old paint comes off. When it does, we explain it and quote the repair before we do the work. Our crews repair dry rot, termite damage, stucco and siding before painting, so the new paint isn't covering a problem.
