“Cooley Brothers Painting have just completed a huge upgrade project on the outside of our house. This project involved replacing termite damaged wood posts on the porch as well as multiple supports under our roof, stucco repair, new window trim and repainting and stain on our two story home and porch. Carlos was the amazing team lead for our project and we found the crew to be attentive to detail, polite and considerate when we needed to come or go with our large dogs and they cleaned up their supplies around the property every night. The company provided a color consultant for choosing colors which was very helpful. They were also very responsive and organized with the contract details. We highly recommend this company.”

“Cooley Brothers just finished painting the exterior of my house. It was a very easy process and Benjamin and crew did a great job. Choosing a color is not so easy, and Benjamin was able to paint 6 different color patches on our wall to help us determine the right color. The facia boards were sanded down and bad wood was patched or replaced. All the wood and stucco was primered and painted. Early on he mentioned that it is their job to make sure the work is done to the customers satisfaction. And his attitude and work ethic demonstrated that. Any request was answered with "ok" or "ok, we can do that". They kept everything clean, and organized the equipment at the end of each day. Thanks to David Cooley, the scheduling dept, and Benjamin and crew for making the job go smoothly.”

“The exterior of our 2-story house has just been completed and we're 100% satisfied and pleased. The house is 52 years old and a neighbor said our house has never been repainted in all that time. There was a lot of wood damage and that was replaced or repaired. Carlos led the team but many days it was just Carlos and Nelson and I'm impressed with their work ethic (a one hour lunch break with constant work for 8+ hours). There were 2-3 additional workers on various days and they all worked diligently. Carlos even volunteered to install a new mailbox for us and he also installed new house numbers. My next door neighbor is so impressed with everyone's work ethics and excellent results that he's hiring Cooley Brothers to paint his house. The cost is higher than other painters but they use excellent materials and we had no problems so that's worth the extra cost. Carlos had to drive to Pomona to pickup roof tiles that weren't available locally. He avoided a $500 delivery charge by doing that. Thank you Cooley Brothers and Carlos and Nelson!”

“Cooley Brothers just finished painting the exterior of my home in Torrance. They worked for nine days mostly doing a lot of prep work and two coats of everything. Benjamin was in charge and kept me up to date on everything and did a great job overseeing the work. The finished job of painting and wood repair or replacement looks great, even two neighbours thought it was an excellent job. I am very pleased with the job. They removed drain pipes and light fixtures and anything attached to the walls and put them back again once the job was finished. They even washed the outside of my windows on the day of completion, something I did not expect.”

“We just finished a 9 day project involving exterior painting, stucco patch & repair, wood repair, and more, and could not be more pleased. Of the 5 painting firms contacted for bids, Marco (estimator/salesman) spent the most time (nearly 2 hours), was the most thorough, and asked the smartest questions about who we are and what we value, before providing us in real time with 4 written options (on his Ipad) and variations on each. Pricing was not the lowest but seemed fair and competitive. When Marco left us, we both knew Cooley Bros. was our painter. A few weeks later, as scheduled, crew leader Benjamin and his #2 Gerardo arrived (sometimes a 3rd painter was involved). The work was well-done and thorough. Everything Marco said would be done was done. In addition, Benjamin and his team were pleasant, accommodating, and wonderful to interact with. In short, highly recommended.”

“Cooley Brothers Painting did a great job on our house. Due to termite damage, our house required extensive wood replacement before painting. There was no great drama about the extra time required to do the wood replacement. The extra charge was reasonable for the materials and labor required. Luis and his helper were always on time and made sure that we were informed about each step. At the end of each day, they cleaned up well so we were not tracking dirt into our house. I would recommend their work to anyone in need of a new paint job. Adrianna in the office responded quickly to any question I had. In fact, everyone was very professional and responsive.”

“I came across Cooley Brothers reviews on Yelp and Google and contacted them because of other five star reviews. David had a new assistant so there was some confusion with our first appointment time but he made up for it by staying longer and preparing a complete bid while we walked the house. He and I are both very thorough and specific, which was both a challenge and a good fit. We outlined the proposal with everything down to the specific paint colors from his color cards. His pricing was slightly higher than other bids but the professionalism and the attention to detail made me select Cooley Bros over two other contractors. I'm very glad I did. We were flexible with scheduling and, when their exterior jobs pushed off due to weather, they promptly started with a five man crew. They were mindful that we were inhabiting the house and just had some other work completed and worked around our schedules to be less disruptive. In one instance I had made a poor selection for a wall and their foreman pointed out it didn't contrast well after the first coat and offered to paint it with another color, at no additional charge. The entire project they were cautious about loving pieces, taping and covering, and cleaning up after their work. I have an older home with Plaster walls and their Level 3 preparation (a slightly higher cost) resulted in removing several blemishes and other problems with many walls. They also sanded and primed the bathroom, laundry, and kitchen with oil based primer and two coats semi gloss to ensure protection from imminent moisture. I was very pleased with their work and have already requested quotes for additional paint projects and am referring them to several friends and colleagues. I will use their services again. And I am very picky about my contractors!”

“We needed the whole interior of a 2200-square-foot tall and skinny repainted so I asked for a referral from two trustworthy friends, and both said Cooley Brothers had done excellent work for them. My friends did warn that the company was not cheap, but was well worth the price. I had intended to get three estimates, but when estimator Marco did the walk-through with me and explained in detail what they would do to make the place look like new, I felt such confidence in this company that I accepted the estimate on the spot. And I have no regrets, as crew members Benjamin and Gerardo did first-class work. “In 2017 Cooley Brothers painted the interior of our house before we moved in. 7 years later, it looks almost as fresh now as it did then. So...when we decided to have the exterior done, Cooley was an automatic choice. On a large, complicated job, Carlos and Nelson were an excellent, professional team, extremely reliable and good to work with. So...we asked for the same team, Carlos and Nelson, to do the interior woodwork, which we not had done in 2017, and which required a lot of orep work becausewe were changing colors from mostly dark to white. Classic case of “you get what you pay for”–on the positive end. Tbh, their quote was on par or not much higher (5% max) than other quotes we received from South Bay painters. Finished on time, and the work that was done was absolutely impeccable on what was, imo, a challenging job on a 1950s-era house with plaster walls and years of repainting. David Cooley knows precisely what it takes to make an old paint job new again without cutting corners. Ronald, one of the painters, was excellent and he even come back for a few touch-ups (and to patch a hole in the wall that did absolutely not get there because of my poor drilling skills….). “Bulmaro and his crew worked on my exterior (just window trims and fascia) last week and this week. Unfortunately, there was a lot more termite damage than initially suspected and the work ended up taking a lot longer. The price went up also, but considering the extra materials, I thought the price was justified. In terms of workmanship, they are top notch. They are very thorough and offer suggestions for situations that require some creative thinking. I'm quite happy with their work and the results!”

“I have worked with several different painting companies over the years yet did not go back to them when our HOA needed to have our "3 on a lot" property painted on the outside after 12 years since original painting. After interviewing 3 companies, we knew David's company was the best for us because of his attention to detail. David knows the common pitfalls that can make a project more difficult to manage or reduce the integrity of the paint job and he communicates effectively upfront ( during scoping) to make sure we as owners know what to expect and how to prepare. While David's price wasn't the lowest we felt it was the best value because of all the prep work and the high quality paint he included to ensure longevity of our paint. Once we got started, his crew was always on time, reliable and detail oriented. For a project as large as ours, the punch list at the end was really small AND David committed to completing each touch up until we were completely satisfied. No disappearing act like other companies. One of the things I appreciated about david on top of the incredibly good work was his communication and transparency. When the quote was given, it was off a visual inspection but as the team started to clean the wood work, it was clear there were areas of termite damage and dry rot so he was upfront in sending photos and providing an added scope to fix the wood prior to painting. There were a lot of little things that made the project more difficult than planned that took extra time but David didn't nickel and dime us on those items. but he is a professional so when there was significant incremental work, he was transparent and upfront about it and fair in the price. We will not need to interview any other company again for future paint projects as Cooley Brothers is now our paint company of choice.”

“My 1925 Craftsman received its facelift. Lead paint required hours to scrap off. Damaged wood was replaced by me. Ganahl Lumber Yard had the matching siding. I purchased Benjamin Moore Aura and Ben, and the Painters told me they are great choices, very high in acrylic the key element to protection. I made sure to clear the surroundings of obstructions and the painters worked and communicated daily and often. I recommend you get a quote from them for comparison, and trust they will deliver if you hire them.”

“I contracted with Cooley Brothers Painting to paint our home based on the very positive Yelp reviews, and now I can add to the positive feedback. They painted the entire exterior of our home on schedule and for a competitive price. The initial salesperson, Marco, worked with us to accommodate our budget and he proposed a couple design elements with the painting that turned out very nice. He was punctual and flexible. The paint crew led by Benjamin were polite, friendly, and professional. Benjamin answered our questions and kept on top of things. The only “hiccup” was that a small, top section near the roof wasn’t painted, but a couple texts to him and it was taken care of. I will recommend this company to friends.”

“Our house needed exterior painting in the worst way. We had peeling paint on most exposed surfaces including our fascia boards, gable vents, and patio support beams. Our stucco was in bad shape as well with discoloration and blistering where it came in contact with the soil surrounding our home. We also needed our weather beaten exterior doors painted and water heater cabinet rebuilt. I sent our job to 4 different contractors for estimates (all rated highly on Yelp and Google) and ended up choosing Cooley Brothers. I would have trusted our job to any of the 4, but ultimately chose Cooley Brothers because of their attention to detail, grade A communication, attentiveness, and transparency. The price was not the lowest, but not the highest either. I was more interested in the way they treated their customer and the quality of their work. I was not disappointed with either. Marco came to our home and took the time to explain the scope of work, answer questions, make suggestions, and prepared the estimate. He was very professional. The actual prep and painting was carried out efficiently with no problems or mess. The crew was careful not to leave trash at our home and were always courteous. Crew leader Bulmaro kept us updated with the project progress and was always available to answer questions. The crew did a fantastic job with the prep, painting, and stucco repair. The most important thing to me is that my wife loves how everything turned out. Cooley Brothers was easy to work with and produced quality work. “We had a fantastic experience with Cooley Brothers from start to finish. We had a big job for them: painting the exteriors of two separately-owned large homes sitting "two on a lot." First, Marco gave us a detailed and clear quote for the extensive prep and painting. We had multiple companies out to provide estimates, and Cooley Brothers was not only the most professional, but also half the price! Marco was great when he came out to provide an estimate, gave us options for cheaper or more expensive versions of what we needed done. “We needed the exterior of our two story shingle sided home painted and woodwork repaired, as well as parts of the interior (two bathrooms, the kitchen). When I called they immediately set up an estimate appointment. Phil and Marco came exactly on time, did a thorough evaluation and presented an on-the-spot proposal. Days later, on my acceptance call, Marco brought the revised contract in 90 minutes. Adriana emailed the same day to schedule the job for about three weeks out. Adriana emailed due to the schedule opening up, and the job was started two days early. It took a total of 17 working days to complete. Every day Jose (crew leader), Edwin, and Ernesto came promptly at 8 and worked until 4-4:30. They left the site clean and tidy daily. Mid-job we got an additional estimate for extensive wood repair that needed doing. (I am so glad they are able to handle that as well; last time we had the house painted we had to get a separate contractor to do the work.) They did an excellent job with the woodwork as well. Whenever a section was finished, we would go through and look it over, requesting touch-ups the next day as needed. Jose was unfailingly polite and accommodating. He never made me feel that I was being unreasonable or demanding. We had a great experience with Cooley Brothers Painting and are very pleased with the outcome. They did not ask us to text a picture, they came to our house. Marco was very professional in his advice as he looked at our kitchen for the estimate. Then, Team Carlos came a few weeks later, to start the work. Carlos and Alfonso were very polite and professional and considerate. They come in the morning work all day and clean up before they leave each day. Everyone is pleasant and hard working. The foreman explained everything they were planning to do and asked if you had any questions regarding their work. Unfortunately they found termite damage while doing the prep work prior to painting. They came up with a reasonable quote to repair the termite damage prior to painting. The repair work was outstanding, you could not tell where they repaired the damaged areas. “I recently had the exterior of our 2 story Cerritos home painted by Cooley Brothers Painting, Marco was the estimator and Carlos was the site lead. Many years back I had used this company so I was familiar with their previous quality of work and therefore had no hesitation in calling them back. Marco arrived on schedule and provided estimate options as per the requests I made within a few days, he was professional, friendly, and completely knowledgeable. The paperwork is provided digitally with on-line payment options and the lead can take progress payments via checks as they achieve milestone steps of completion. During the initial power washing and inspection Carlos pointed out a number of issues with terminate damage under some eaves and around some wooden window frames, although the house had been previously tented damage under old paint and within cracks can be hard to spot and there was so much more then the naked eye could see. I requested an additional quote to repair/replace all the damaged wood and within a few hours of Carlos talking to the office he knocked on the door with an estimate to complete this additional work. Because of the extent of the damage and difficulty in the repairs/replacement, the job took a few additional days to complete but was totally worth the extra wait. Carlos and his crew were thorough in the prep, repairs, daily clean-up of site, and excellent in all facets of the painting including the front door which was previously pretty sad and dull looking. Communication from Carlos was above expectations as I provided my cell number so he could call/message me as needed when I was away from the house. We hired Cooley Brothers to help us with a small project after our flooring contractor installed some baseboards in a sloppy manor and damaged preexisting paint. We hired Cooley Brothers do touch ups on all the door frames in the house where the carpet level was higher than the newly refinished wood floors and also paint the baseboards. We contacted Marco, our estimator, who we had previously worked with and he came out within 1 business day. He was on time, thorough, and pleasant and professional as always. He understood our concerns about blue painter's tape on the newly refinished floors and was very reassuring that there would be no damage. He also followed up after the project to make sure we were fully satisfied. David was able to start a few days later and did a wonderful job! “These guys did a fantastic job on our project! It was a large one...a 1600 sqft wood deck and extensive wood fencing around the property needed to be painted. Marco came out and gave us our first bid. He walked the property and fully described their process, recommended the best products to achieve our goals, and gave us a detailed and comprehensive bid. We requested bids from 3 other highly rated painters but I wasn't nearly as impressed as I was with Cooley. They weren't the cheapest (as Marco said they wouldn't be) but I felt confident that they would do the best job. I'm so glad I went with them! The team, led by Daniel, worked at my home for 2 weeks. “We have an approximately 2700 sq. ft. Craftsman home built in 1920 and with a 1999 period addition. The home has cedar siding, shingles and lots of wood trim. We had a premium quality Sherman Williams opaque stain and paints, plus marine grade varnish on the eves. There was a small amount of stucco work and painting of concrete porch wall caps. The crew also applied an opaque stained on our fence Cooley Brothers, put Benjamin and his crew on our very successful project. David Cooley inspected the project at the start and was reasonably avaible if we had questions during the work. The crew performed a good job on their preparation work, we accepted spraying for the stain and paint, plus brush and roller work as needed to assure a good finish. It was not an easy job, they needed to do repairs on stucco, fix the eaves, and they also closed off a door we no longer needed. “Cooley Brothers Painting did an amazing job with my 300-foot-long picket fence. Not only did they do an amazing job painting but also help me have it built too. All my neighbors complement me even after two years about the beautiful job they did. David came to me and explained the special handling of the wood pickets and the fence structure. He said most companies paint over the entire fence after it is built, and all the ends and unpainted wood will rot in few years. Cooley Brothers Painting go above and beyond to paint each picket on both faces, bottom side facing the ground, either sides and top. But first, it was thoroughly primed before painting. All the structural parts also got primed and painted in all 6 sides before being installed. That's not the end. After it was all built, he had his crew come one more time and painted the entire fence on all sides all over again. You cannot see the ugly screw heads or nails anymore. As if that wasn't enough, when wood sap started to show at wood knots after many months, I came home one day and saw his crew was at it again painting over some of the pickets. David and his company are relentless. He just cannot accept anything less than perfect. “I just had the exterior of my home painted by Cooley Brothers. From the time I made my initial phone call to the end of the project, Cooley Brothers' professionalism and attention to detail were beyond my expectations. Upon my initial phone call to make an inquiry, the woman who helped set up my appointment was a breath of fresh air. Sadly, a lot of businesses no longer have someone who vets calls and can answer basic questions. Richard came out the next afternoon and drew up an estimate after the walk- through. I signed up with them that day because they had excellent reviews not only on "Yelp," but also on my neighborhood app "Next Door." I felt the price was fair and was happy to have found them. The men who painted my house were EXCEPTIONAL. Susano was the foreman. He communicated w/me daily, was on time, was neat and did an excellent job. My house had not been painted in many, many years, but they made it look beautiful. I didn't trust my paint choices and Susano went out of his way to help me with the colors and even went and paint-matched the door color for me. “I waited a while to write this review to make sure the paint still looks amazing - and it sure does. We had walls and ceiling paint chipping in our dining room, which we had paid someone to fix before but within a week the paint was chipping again. We called Cooley Brothers after reading the reviews, and it's been almost a month since they completed the work and we're still completely chip-free. When we called for an estimate the guy was here that afternoon (and he emailed us the estimate and contract the same day too). When they started they realized that the job was actually more extensive than what they had originally thought, but they didn't charge us extra or anything - just the originally agreed-upon price. The painters were on-time everyday, covered all of the furniture, and when they were done they placed everything back to where it was before and vacuumed the floors. There is always somebody to answer phone calls at their office, which was extremely reassuring. We have more paint chipping in other rooms, and will definitely be calling Cooley Brothers when we're ready to tackle those projects.”

It was a complicated job being on a small lot with limited space for ladders, difficult angles, and overhangs, in spite of all these obstacles, they finished the job ahead of schedule. “My parents' house needed to have some stucco replacement and wood repair on top of a thorough paint job. We are so pleased that we chose Cooley Brothers. Everyone was professional, kind and motivated to provide excellent service. Estimator Richard M. was thorough in his (estimate) review of the house and was genuinely happy to answer any questions. He also addressed our concerns about how we wanted the house fixed that made us confident that Cooley Brothers was the company for us. He also threw in some additional incentives (work on the house) that we had wanted done and that sealed the deal for us. Plus, any changes to the contract were superbly addressed by him. “From the moment Richard estimates your job you feel confident that Cooley Brothers Painting is a good choice. Once you see their team of painting professionals get started, you can't believe it will be this good throughout the whole job, but it is. Every man on the team, from Jonathan the area supervisor, to Juan my job foreman to all the workers--Rulas, Chilo, Giovanni, and Orlando are all best of breed. They come onto a job site ready to do a job and do it right. Everytime I mentioned to Juan "what about X" he would say "Rulas is doing it now" or "Chilo is going to do it when he finishes Y." Everything was always already taken care of before I mentioned it. For my specific job, I was on a very tight schedule because movers were delivering our home contents 10 days from the moment Richard stepped into my house to do an estimate. I explained my circumstances and we agreed the main floor of the house would be painted by the time the furniture was delivered. I wasn't sure they could meet the deadline they promised, as I watched them work it just didn't seem humanly possible that it could all get done. By the end of the day before the movers were to arrive, not only had they finished the promised area but they had also finished an additional 2 rooms and hallway which made the move so much easier. The night before the movers arrived I left with the crew still painting in the house. The morning the movers arrived I came to the house early so I could sweep the hallways and make sure nothing was left lying around that would impede the movers. When I entered the house I was shocked at how well they cleaned up after themselves. There was no evidence that painters had been working there-- floor swept, stairs vacuumed, trash gone-- truly a superb clean-up job that showed respect and understanding for what I needed so that the movers could do their job. I added on 2 extra jobs that were additions to the original estimate. Cooley Brothers managed to get these jobs done as well by adding additional workers to the crew as needed. For the day of the move, our agreement was that painters would work inside bedrooms but they were not to impede the work of the movers--no drop cloths in the hallways, no ladders being moved about the house, etc.. I didn't see a painter all day except at lunchtime when they sat outside. They lived up to every promise, every time commitment, their employees are well-trained professionals that know their stuff and they are extremely helpful in accommodating add-ons jobs. “What a great job Cooley Brothers Painting did on my home exterior recently! I thought there would be a crew of several painters to do my tall two-story home, using scaffolding and all. David and Miguel were the only painters and they did the entire house exterior on ladders. No scaffolding was needed. They also painted rain gutters, patio and gazebo. They worked efficiently, non-stop, except for lunch breaks, even on very hot and very humid days. They do not smoke, which is another plus. They finished on time, losing only 2 days: one day to rain and one day to my confusion as to which green color I wanted on the window trim. Even when I was confused and costing them time, David and Miguel were patient with me. Before painting, they pressure-washed the exterior, replaced and repaired some sections of fascia damaged by dry rot, and patched nail holes on wood and cracks on stucco. “I hired Cooley Brothers to paint my house in the South Bay. I did a considerable remodel of my house without the help of a general contractor, and I found Cooley Brothers here on Yelp. I want to start out my saying that they were absolutely fantastic, and I recommend them 110%. They completed a full repainting inside and outside on my house. I called their estimator Richard on a Saturday and was immediately impressed when he got back to me within minutes of my leaving a voicemail. I met with Richard a couple of days later, and he explained to me how the painting process works, and gave me a written estimate for the work. I signed the estimate right on his laptop using a digital pen, and then he emailed me a copy -- very high tech and convenient. On my own, after visiting a paint store, I decided to upgrade to the absolute top of the line paint, and Richard was very patient with me over the course of several phone calls while I waffled about my decision. After some other contractors were finished, we discovered that the stucco work on my house was imperfect, and there were ugly pits and ridges. I wanted a *very* high end finish, so I called the stucco contractor back to improve the surface. They ultimately failed to help, so I asked Cooley Brothers if they could do the work. We negotiated a very reasonable change order amount, and they did the work. The final result was an absolutely perfect, smooth surface -- exactly what I wanted. In addition to the stucco work, I asked them for several additional change orders and additional work, and this did cause the project timeline to slip a few days. They never complained or gave me grief, and they always explained the pros and cons of the changes I was requesting. Throughout the work, Marco was the field supervisor, and he and I talked every day either in person or on the phone to make sure I was updated on the progress. I also worked with Alexis to do the initial scheduling and coordinate some of the change orders -- like Marco and Richard, she was just wonderful and had a cheerful and easy going attitude. I really want to emphasize how nice, polite, and knowledgeable Richard, Marco, and Alexis were. As a homeowner, it made the entire experience much better. Out of all of the contractors I hired for this remodel, Cooley Brothers gave me the best overall experience.”

Plaster walls did not take well to new windows various nail holes, so there was a lot of prep work required to create a smooth surface for painting. New baseboards as well was the final detail that tied everything together. 3 man crews worked hard, showed up on time, were friendly and ensured that everything was clean and neat at the end of each day. “I had the exterior of my house painted in September by Cooley Brothers. My foreman was Jonathan and he had a team that included Pablo and Orlando. I have taken too long to write this review, but finally decided to finish it after a number of neighbors commented to me how nice the house looks after Cooley was finished. The whole job was done in a professional and friendly manner. The painters were friendly and knowledgeable and were responsive to all my concerns. My house is good sized and I had the whole exterior painted. They did an excellent job and even came back when I asked them to repaint something that I ruined after they left. A great company where the estimate was spot on. Not only do these guys paint, but they have a great team of contractors who fix any damage they find prior to applying the first coat. The contracting work was as good as the paint job and I am very satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone considering painting their home. I would certainly use them again, and will continue to have Cooley come out once a year to power wash and maintain the excellent paint job. “To say that Cooley Bros. simply painted the interior of my home would be an understatement. I think the word "transformation" would more accurately describe the result. The inside of my newly acquired home was in an unimaginable state of disarray; water-damaged walls, gaps and poorly-fitted trim moldings, trims that had separated from the walls themselves, cracks in the ceiling, an over-sized jagged wall cutout where the wall heater was mounted, and on and on... The very amenable Richard, who came to provide the estimate, carefully walked through the home with me, documented all the issues, helped me with with color selection and provided a firm quote for the estimate. Richard and owner, David Cooley also went out of their way to meet with my time-critical schedule for getting the job done. The interior of this small, 1100 sq ft. home took nothing short of five whole days of solid effort by the crew to repair and paint. The end result was a spectacular transformation of what previously could only be described as a third-world hovel into a sparkling living space. As other reviewers have mentioned; yes, I could've had it "painted" for less. However, if you consider yourself a person of discerning taste who places a premium on quality, you owe it to yourself to give Cooley Bros. Painting a call for your project.”

“We just repainted our home after too many years of neglect, and thanks to Cooley Brothers Painting, our house looks beautiful, and is the talk of the street. I ended up choosing them after they invited me to check out their previous work around town. I was really impressed and sold by their quality, attention to detail, and longevity of the paint jobs I saw. The walk around and inspection/quote was very thorough and professional. “I just painted the exterior of our 1832 sf home in Torrance California using Cooley Brothers Painting. The quality and workmanship has exceeded expectation. The foreman and team Sam and Marlon respectively did an excellent job with results of perfection and quality. The inspection due to water and termite damage was identified and repaired accordingly. Teresa, the project manager was top notch and kept us in the loop throughout the project. With any service oriented projects, there are unexpected issues and she took the time and dedication to ensure that they were resolved and completed. After the job was deemed completed, they conducted an internal inspection and fixed any small missed details before our walk through inspection. Thereafter, we had our walk through and again, made the necessary fine tuning. The owner then conducted a follow up a few days later to ensure that we were completely satisfied. We had the house painted several years prior and paid less but the workmanship was sub-par in comparison to Cooley Brothers Painting. Sam, the foreman was well versed in woodwork and was able to make all necessary repairs and cosmetic modifications to the level of my detailed demanding expectations. You get what you pay for as they rust proofed all the surrounding Christmas light hooks, nails, and lights, installed all our new fixtures, fixed all water damaged wood, covered everything including the air conditioner to avoid dusk from entering the house, trenched stucco cracks and repaired, and even installed and painted the raccoon damaged vent screen. Everyone was extremely friendly and courteous, accommodated our schedule, made cosmetic recommendations, and was committed to meet the deadline set forth. “Cooley Brothers painting helped with the painting of the interior of our house in Redondo Beach a few months ago. I was extremely impressed. Before the job started, David told me to expect the men to arrive each day at 8am. Well, each day the doorbell would ring at 8am to the minute. When I opened the door, a team of well spoken and well dressed fellows were there and read to work. They worked consecutive days until the job was done ( 4 ). The foreman was extremely pleasant and keep me informed on their progress. David ( the owner ) called every evening to make sure I was happy with the progress and to answer any questions. So many contractors out there promise the world but once the job starts it turns into a nightmare. These guys completely blew me away in every sense.
